Notes from Susan:
Science was my favorite class in school. When I went to University, I majored in microbiology...the study of things we cannot always see with the naked eye. Later I taught science classes in high school and junior college. And then taught prospective teachers how to make science interesting to their students.
No matter the science course you are taking or teaching, the lab is the cental focus. It is the place where we try out ideas and create new ones. It is a place to fail and try again. It is a fabulous metaphor for the work we do when we are ready to launch into something new and want to hone and develop our ideas and dreams.
Whether you choose an individual coaching session or prefer to work in a safe thought community, I invite you to try out the Upper Third Lab as you embark on your next professional or creative journey.

The Upper Third Lab is open to anyone with an idea or a desire to create something new. We focus on the needs of mature professionals seeking to create a phenomenal Future for the Upper Third of their work lives.
The first step in any new project is to identify the parameters of the venture. What is it about? What do you seek to do? What will this new pursuit require of you?

Letting Go
As a coach, Susan is aware that an important, often unexplored, part of the creative process is the release of past failures, negative inner voices, and the unhelpful ideas and addages of the people who surround you. This is an important part of the work we do in the Upper Third Productions Lab.
Identifying and releasing those pesky voices of the past is very personal, often sensitive, work. Susan offers individual coaching sessions and packages to give you the space and time to clear the ghosts of the past and get ready to launch into your new project.
Creating Community
The Lab is the idea creation chamber. One of the best parts of any new project is to be able to bounce ideas and hear from like-minded, caring people. In the Upper Third Lab Gatherings, you will have the opportunity to work with other seekers to dig deep into your ideas and dreams and produce the framework for the best work of your life.
The Upper Third Lab Gatherings are offered in quarterly packages. Giving you time to explore and learn...without getting stuck in the process.
